2025-2026 Adult/Youth Twosome Rules
Entry fee
$60.00 per team ($27.50 lineage, $3.00 expenses, $29.50 scholarships)
Format
- Each team bowls 3 individual games
- Total pinfall plus handicap
- Walk-ins accepted if lanes are available
- Check in 30 minutes before bowling
Averages
- Highest 2024–2025 book average is used
- Collegiate and sport-shot averages are accepted, using the USBC Average Conversion Chart
Youth with no book average
- Use 2023–2024 book
- If none, use current league average with 12+ games and proof
- If none, use 175 average
Adults with no book average
- Use 2023–2024 book
- If none, use current league average with 12+ games and proof
- If none, use 210 average
Eligibility
- Youth may bowl with any adult partner
- No family requirement
- Youth must be born after Aug. 1, 2007
- Youth must hold current USBC Youth membership
- Adults must hold current USBC Adult membership
Handicap
- 90% of 220 per bowler
Divisions
- Combined team average:
- 400 and up
- 300 to 399
- 299 and below
Participation
- Youth may bowl up to four times
- Adults may bowl up to four times
- Partners must change for each entry
Awards
- SMART scholarships only (Ratio 1:6)
- Awards presented to youth only
Additional notes
- All USBC rules apply
- Non-LMUSBC youth may compete
- Applies to members of other city associations and collegiate
- Tournament is USBC-sanctioned, eligible for national awards
- Non-LMUSBC members are not eligible for local awards
