• Location: Ken Bowl Lanes, 7021 Southside Dr, Louisville, KY 40214
• Dates: Saturday, October 3, 2026 and Sunday, October 4, 2026
• Entry deadline: Thursday, October 1, 2026
• Fee: $35 per bowler, per event
• Sessions:
  • TEAM: Sat Oct 3 – 10:00 AM, or Sun Oct 4 – 1:30 PM
  • SINGLES & DOUBLES: Sat Oct 3 – 1:30 PM, or Sun Oct 4 – 10:00 AM
• Max entries: 36 Teams; 54 Doubles and Singles 
• Eligibility: all USBC youth bowlers, boys and girls
• Handicap: 90% of 220
• Payouts: 1:5 ratio to USBC SMART accounts; $1,000 added scholarship money; Brunswick ball of choice for any 300/800
• Divisions (assigned by average, not selected at signup):
  • Team: 700+, 520–699, 519-below
  • Doubles: 350+, 260–349, 259-below
  • Singles: 185+, 150–184, 149-below
